Our comprehensive international Chinese training programs, as well as our domestic programs (www.ciecas.cn) are designed to offer both practical and theoretical knowledge, tailored to elevate the skills of every participant.
Our facility ensures personalized attention with a practical training ratio of 8 participants per instructor and a theory class capacity of 24 participants per instructor. This approach guarantees that each student receives the guidance and support they need to excel.
From receiving ingredients to finishing the dish, we adhere strictly to professional food flow protocols, including quality and quantity control, storage, preparation, production, and final presentation. This hands-on experience prepares our students for real-world culinary challenges.

Our facility is equipped with whiteboards throughout, including corridors, to facilitate teaching and decorate for special events.
The demo kitchen consists of two monitors and three cameras for people to conveniently watch the practical teaching.
We also have a small library in one of the practical F&B service classrooms, as well as an information screen in one of the corridors to keep everyone updated.
